Return & Refund Policy – SimplyU

At SimplyU, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.


How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@simplyushop.com within 2 days of receiving your package. Your email must include the following:

  • Explanation for your return
  • Full Name and Order Number
  • If the item is damaged: 3–5 clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with a return form and detailed instructions.


Return Requirements
All approved returns must:

  • Be postmarked and shipped within 3 days of receiving Return Authorization
  • Include the provided SimplyU return form
  • Be in original condition, including:
    • Unworn
    • Unused
    • With original tags attached
    • In original packaging
    • Not washed or dried
    • Free of smoke odors
    • Free of pet hair or odors
    • Free of perfume or strong scents

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


Return Process
Items sent back without prior approval and Return Authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@simplyushop.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Cosmetics & beauty products
  • Jewelry (including earrings)
  • Sunglasses or glasses
  • Personalized items
  • Hats
  • Hair accessories
  • Custom items, including:
    • SimplyU...Xoxo Collection
    • SimplyU...Xoxo Holiday Collection

Refund Policy
If your return is approved, SimplyU offers the following options:

  • Exchange for the same item (size only, if available)
  • Store credit

Please Note:

  • No money refunds will be issued only store credit
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
