Shipping Policy – SimplyU

At SimplyU, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product collection:

  • Items from the SimplyU...Xoxo Collection typically arrive within 4–6 business days after processing.
  • Other items from SimplyU Shop may take approximately 7–12 business days for delivery.

Please note that items from the SimplyU...Xoxo Collection and embroidery products may be shipped separately from other items listed on www.simplyushop.com, as they are fulfilled from different warehouses. This means you may receive multiple packages at different times.

Shipping Responsibility
By placing an order with SimplyU, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

SimplyU is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages during transit
  • Damaged items during transit
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen

Claims for Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SimplyU is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Shipping Fees & Returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
